The estate
At 580m above sea level, it is surrounded by 40 hectares of field spacing from lavender flowers to chestnut, holm, oak and hazel woods; a perfect location for walking, searching mushrooms and chestnuts, and a perfect starting point for MTB rides. At the entrance you’ll find a pure water natural source where newts and frogs live.
Placed in a strategical position, it is possible to reach from the estate several locations as Siena (1 hour), Grosseto (1 hour), the Follonica beach and Punta Ala (40 minutes), San Gimignano (1 hour) and the evocative San Galgano Abbey (15 minutes). At around 3 kilometers from the estate there is a small middle-age city, Montieri, where you can find all the main services (pharma, bakery, market, pubs, restaurants…).
Last but not least, with us you’ll have the possibility to organize trips, horse-riding lessons, and go trekking with our animals, donkeys and alpacas.
